D365 CRM Update

Integrating Dynamics 365 Marketing with Portal

Through interaction, engagement and delivery, customer experience is enhanced in Dynamics 365 Marketing. The portal improves customer service by enhancing digital interaction, collaboration, and proactive support.

Businesses can access all these data directly from their portal by mapping customers’ journeys and leveraging them to provide tailored customer service. They can create personalised promotional emails using data from CRM, portal, and marketing modules. Therefore, Customer retention is high as they get the level of service and interaction they expect.

AKS node pool user start/stop feature

The AKS node pool start/stop feature allows you to completely stop specific user node pools and pick up later where you left off with a switch of a button, saving time and costs.

Previously, you had to either scale a user node pool and all its workloads down to zero to save costs or keep it running with a low footprint to avoid re-deployment, adding to operations time, or wasting compute resources.

The start/stop feature keeps user node pool configurations in place, like the previous node count, allowing you to pick up where you left off without reconfiguring the node pools.

How to Release and Reopen multiple documents in Dynamics 365 Business Central

As part of Microsoft’s first round of updates for Dynamics 365 Business Central in 2022, Release Wave 1, a feature was announced that would allow users to release and reopen multiple documents. This time-saving feature was released to Business Central users on July 7th, 2022 as part of Business Central Version 20.

Adjust carriers for shipments based on delivery conditions

During implementation, our consultants often get asked whether 3PL Dynamics can handle customer demands for delivering the goods you ship from your warehouse. For example, consider specific carrier types or maximum heights your customers use. In that case, you want your WMS to do the dirty work for you and to check for these demands during your process.

Integrating Dynamics 365 Marketing with Portal

In an organisation, the customer service and marketing teams have different priorities; while one focuses on improving customer experience, the other focuses on increasing awareness to generate sales leads.

Your Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Compliance, Sorted.

The Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) was introduced by HMRC for those who are self-employed (subcontractor) in the construction industry working for a contractor, but not as an employee. CIS rules declare that contractors are obliged to deduct money from a subcontractor’s payments (20% if registered, 30% if unregistered) and pass it to HMRC.
