Is 3PL Dynamics a standalone WMS or part of a larger platform?

3PL Dynamics by Boltrics is fully embedded inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is not a bolt-on. WMS, finance, billing, EDI, and reporting share one database, one login, and one user interface.

How long does implementation take?

Standard implementations go live in as little as three months. Boltrics pre-builds all standard logistics processes. We configure what you need rather than build from scratch. Complex projects with multiple clients, robotics integration, and customs declarations may take longer, we define the timeline in Discovery.

Can it handle multiple warehouse clients?

Yes, multi-client operations are the core design premise of 3PL Dynamics. Every client gets their own stock, pick strategies, billing rates, label formats, and portal access. Billing is automated per activity per client. Revenue leakage is eliminated.

What carriers and integrations are supported?

Boltrics provides the software and ongoing updates. Mercurius IT provides the implementation and support.

What does the implementation cost?

All Mercurius IT projects are fixed-price. We scope your requirements in a free Discovery session, agree a price, and that is the price you pay. No hourly overruns. No change orders. If the project runs over, Mercurius absorbs the cost.

Do we need to replace our existing accounting system?

Not necessarily, but many clients do. 3PL Dynamics runs inside Dynamics 365 Business Central, which includes a full finance module. If you already use Business Central, the WMS is added to your existing system. If you use a different finance system, we assess the best integration path in Discovery.

What happens after go-live?

Hyper-care support is included for the first month. After that, you can choose managed services (we monitor and support your system), or manage it in-house with Boltrics support.
