Recruitment FAQs
Below are the stages of the recruitment process that we follow at Mercurius IT-
a) CV Screening- Email your CV to [email protected]. The recruitment team will then screen your CV and arrange a short call to understand your expectations.
b) Technical Interview- If you are shortlisted after the screening call, a technical interview will be arranged with our team so that we get to know your skills, experience, and attitude. The technical interview will be a video interview conducted on Microsoft Teams platform.
c) HR Interview- The final stage will be an HR interview where we will focus on your career aspirations, motivation, and attitude. You will get an opportunity to clarify your queries at this stage. The HR interview will also be a video interview conducted on Microsoft Teams Platform.
d) Job Offer- If you are selected after the HR round, shortly afterwards you will find an offer letter from Mercurius IT in your mailbox.

How did the company manage the COVID situation, and did it affect employment?

Yes, you can reapply for a job role after 6 months.
We also arrange an onboarding session for the new members on the first day where we discuss the company policies, and you get an opportunity to clarify your queries.
After the onboarding session, our senior HR manager introduces you to your line manager and team head. A welcome kit is also emailed to you which consists of all the necessary documents. A buddy will also be assigned to you on day 1.
All in All, Day 1 is about getting to know you and you getting to know the company.
