The 2021 release wave 2 for Dynamics 365 is almost here! Hundreds of new features will start releasing across D365 applications from October 2021 through to March 2022.

Now you can create segments for contacts and leads in the new segmentation builder.
Sales
Introduce advanced filtering and sorting. This functionality allows users to filter information based on standard and custom fields.
Customer Insights
Introduce a shared environment for B2B and B2C customer profiles. Now users can work easily with B2B profiles (accounts and contacts) and B2C profiles (individual customers) in the same environment of audience insights.No need to create two individual environments and keeping the data separated.
Customer service
A user who uses Dynamics 365 Customer Service can easily collaborate with anyone within their organization, such as agents from other departments, supervisors, customer service peers, or support experts, over Microsoft Teams to resolve customer issues, without leaving the case or conversation.

Integration with Excel will be even better and support for collaborative business processes in Teams will be improved so you can bring Business Central pages into a Teams channel.

What is the Server Core Installation Option in Windows Server?
Microsoft has delivered a way to make server usage more efficient, thereby improving security.
The Server Core option is a minimal installation option that is available when you are deploying the Standard or Datacenter edition of Windows Server. Server Core includes most but not all server roles. Server Core has a smaller disk footprint, and therefore a smaller attack surface due to a smaller code base.
