We combine the power of the Microsoft Cloud with our DataHub environment. We convert documents with unstructured data into structured data. And this data is available in your 3PL Dynamics environment at the touch of a button. But how exactly do we do this?
Neural model
With the help of a Neural Model, we can convert your data. This model has been trained with various digital documents. The features are labeled in each document, and the model remembers which features belong to which label. This allows us to call this model from our trusted DataHub to decode PDF documents and convert them to Json or XML.
With the Neural model we convert unstructured data into structured data and send it to your 3PL Dynamics environment.
You don’t have to worry about the training of the Neural model and the layout within the DataHub environment. Boltrics’ DataHub team completely relieves you of this.
From document to result
The first step is to provide a PDF document: an invoice, transport document, customs document, etc.
Document Capture is trained with countless invoices. You can’t imagine if the AI tool has seen it. As a result, your PDF document is not bound to a fixed layout.
The DataHub stream processes this PDF document, i.e. the unstructured data. This data is converted by the neural model into XML/Json: the structured data. The data is posted to the 3PL Dynamics API and processed in 3PL Dynamics.
